Chapter 1
Fortescue's Bayside Grill
Opening it’s doors on April of 2017, Fortescue’s Bayside Grill was a creation of chef MATEO with over 10 experience in the kitchen & his wife MOLLY with years of experience both working together in the restaurant business.
Fortescue’s Bayside Grill served breakfast, which included a delicious selection of omelettes, pancakes, succulent french toast and other favorite specialties like eggs Benedict, sausage gravy, breakfast quesadilla & more. Lunch and dinner offered an assortment of choices from sandwiches and wraps, to salads and entrees.
Fortescue’s Bayside Grill closed it’s doors on July 2019 and relocated to a new location.

Lakeside Grill
Chef MATEO and his wife MOLLY continue in the restaurant business. Now opened Lakeside Grills doors in Historic Smithville NJ in September 2019. We continued with our traditional food which includes breakfast, lunch and now offering catering trays. New location same great food. Come see for yourself…
